Smoked Salmon on Irish Soda Bread Crostini

Serves: 3

Ingredients:

● 6 slices Irish soda bread, toasted

● ¼ cup butter

● 4 ounces smoked salmon

● ½ tablespoon chives, chopped

● 1 teaspoon fresh dill, chopped, to garnish

Method:

Add butter and chives into a bowl and stir.

Spread the mixture on one side of each slice of bread.

Spread salmon over each. Garnish with dill.

Cut into desired shape and serve.
